Hi! Get to know me,
Rebecca Philpot.
Creative Designer + Art Director

Professional
I’ve led creative teams, developed scalable processes, and delivered high-impact visual content across a range of industries. From building departments to launching new project management systems, I’ve helped shape initiatives from concept to execution.

Effective
I focus on outcomes, not just output. Whether it’s streamlining workflows, hitting tight deadlines, or reducing revision cycles, I bring a results-driven approach to every project I lead.

Organized
I use tools like Jira, Microsoft Planner, and Asana to keep teams aligned and projects on track. Clear timelines, efficient task management, and well-structured collaboration are at the heart of my workflow.

Pixel Perfect Design
I create clean, compelling visuals from photo-real 3D renderings to compelling presentation decks. Every detail matters, and I make sure the final product reflects that.
Art Direction + Production Management for Scalable Creative Teams
From Whiteboards to Wireframes
As an art director with a strong eye for design, I lead teams in creating visually cohesive, on-brand work across a range of platforms. From style guides to render pipelines, I make sure the creative stays aligned, efficient, and full of purpose – no matter the team setup or project scale.

Work Experience
Over the past decade, I’ve led creative teams, built scalable systems, and brought bold ideas to life. Below are the roles that shaped my approach to design, collaboration, and leadership.
Rooms To Go

Senior Production Manager
I began as the first 3D artist at Rooms To Go, building our visualization capabilities from the ground up. Over the years, I’ve grown into a Senior Production Manager, partnering with project managers across multiple product categories. I focus on streamlining workflows, introducing new tools and pipelines, and finding creative ways to make our team more efficient, collaborative, and effective.
Skyline Ink

3D Artist – Architectural Visualization
My first step into 3D architectural visualization—creating renderings of everything from fast food joints to stadiums. I honed my skills in 3ds Max and learned the ins and outs of working with a fast-paced production team.
How I Work
I build systems that support creative flow, align cross-functional teams, and keep projects moving from concept to completion with clarity and confidence.
